Mind Management Membership Service Agreement

By enrolling in the Mind Management Membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Access
Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access to all core membership content, including the 9-module Mind Management Method, weekly training materials, monthly Q&A sessions, and the member community. Founders Club members also receive a 20-minute 1:1 call with Bill Nelson.

2. Payment Terms
Membership fees will be charged based on the pricing tier selected at checkout (monthly or annual). Your membership will renew automatically unless cancelled before your next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be requested at least 3 business days before your renewal date. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from your initial purchase date. To request a refund within this window, email [email protected]. After 30 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Community Conduct
Members are expected to engage respectfully and constructively in the community space. We reserve the right to remove access for any member who violates these standards.
